Christopher J. Hernandez, a young inspiring humanitarian spends most of his time working both a full time job at TD Bank and a part time job at Foot Locker.  When Christopher is not at work, he enjoys going to the gym, playing video games, playing basketball, and spending time with family, friends, and his girlfriend.

Christopher has grown up with faith being the number one driver of his actions and success.  He has earned many accolades from high school academically and athletically as well as graduating college with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.  Christopher’s family has been the foundation and guidance that he values since moving in with his grandparents and his father at the age of 11.  Growing up in church and Christian school, he trusts God with every tough decision he is faced with.  Christopher has always had a passion for assisting in the development and growth of others in all areas of life in which they seek to improve.  He has lived out this passion through coaching, mentoring, job training, and trying to lead by example in every aspect of his life.

Christopher’s story of his selfless act of providing a “gift of life” goes beyond what words can describe. His actions  surpass the meaning of humanitarian, and to be able to encompass a “service beyond self” attitude at a young age makes him a leader in his community.
