Wine Fest 2023
Volunteer Registration & Information

Dates:  Saturday, September 16th & September 17th, 2023

This special event is open to all active and new volunteers
Event Time:  12:00pm- 5:00pm

Pantry Team On-site:  10:00am - 6:00pm

Cost:  All pre-registered volunteers are free (no passes given to unregistered volunteers) otherwise tickets can be purchased for $35 (while tickets last) see below.

Dress:  1 Special Event Wine Fest T-Shirts will be provided if working both days, please submit your T-shirt size on registration form on this page.

Other Information: Our team volunteers will be under a covered 35 foot tent.  Lunch/Dinner is not covered, please plan accordingly.  Parking will be reimbursed for all registered volunteers.  There will be a variety of food trucks, live entrainment, music, and vendors.  Volunteers under the age of 21 are not permitted to drink any alcoholic beverages at any time.

Set-up/Prep  10:00am (prompt start a must)

Bottle Openers Description:  Provide assistance to patrons to open purchased wine bottles (we also will have a self service option)

General Event Support

Prize/Raffle Table Description:  Assist team & patrons of prize merchandise and distribution

Credit Card/Donation Processers  (Training Required) Description:  Process donations using on-site mobile credit card processing device.

Clean-up Team:  (Must be able to stay an hour after close time 6:00pm)

Sunday, September 17th

Set-up/Prep  10:00am (prompt start a must)
